Our Team

The majority of the team of professionals at 41 Truss have been together for more than 10 years.  Our VP of Operations wrote the first software program in Florida used for identifying correct truss placement in the field.  Our sales representatives can collectively claim that they have managed other truss companies and truss operating facilities, have been trained as truss designers, and have owned and operated large-scale framing crews installing truss systems in the wake of several hurricanes throughout Florida.  This level of talent and experience provides a wealth of value in the design, production, and application of our truss sytems, and directly benefits our customers.  

Our sales representatives spend their time working with builders, superintendents, engineers, architects, purchasing professionals, and framing crews, identifying ways to improve the quality and integrity of our products and their application in the field.  The production supervision of each operating facility have also been cross-trained in truss design, allowing for a “best practice” approach to the operational side of our business and in the marriage of the design and building of our truss systems.  This approach provides an environment that generates unsurpassed quality, integrity, and cost effective systems for our customers, time efficient systems at the time of installation for the framing crews, and designs which maximize throughput for our operations.
